These terms apply to OshiJournal website. They do not govern medical care provided by Oshi Health.
1. Publisher
This website is operated by NOT PERFECT TALLINN OÜ, Reg.-Nr. 14768213, VAT EE102177750, Telliskivi tn 60/1, 10412 Tallinn, Estland, Tel. +372 5622 9138 (the “Publisher”).
2. What this site is
The site is a paid advertisement and storytelling publication about Oshi Health’s virtual GI services for adults in the United States. It is not a healthcare provider, not a pharmacy, and not an emergency service. Nothing on the site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of results, coverage, or appointment times.
3. No doctor–patient relationship
Reading this site, clicking a button, or emailing the Publisher does not create a clinician–patient relationship with the Publisher or with Oshi Health. A relationship with Oshi Health, if any, begins only under Oshi’s own onboarding, consent, and practice policies.
4. Booking links
Call-to-action links send you to https://my.oshihealth.com/onboarding/universal/intro or other Oshi Health pages. Oshi Health is solely responsible for eligibility (including the 18+ rule and the fact they do not accept Medicare or Medicaid), scheduling, clinical decisions, and charges. The Publisher does not process insurance claims or clinical payments.
5. Accuracy
Service descriptions, outcome statistics, prices (including the published $150 self-pay visit), network status, and clinician biographies are summarized from Oshi Health’s public materials. They can change without notice. Always rely on Oshi’s live site and onboarding for current facts.
6. Emergency care
If you have a medical emergency in the United States, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not use this website or a virtual clinic chat as emergency care.
7. Intellectual property
The Journal’s original writing and layout belong to the Publisher. Third-party names, logos, and images remain with their owners. You may not copy the site for another commercial advertorial without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens the host, or use its content to impersonate Oshi Health or the Publisher.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Publisher disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any clinical outcome, denied claim, or delay at Oshi Health. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country or U.S. state of residence.
