In-network, Oshi bills a year of unlimited team care instead of every Zoom. Out-of-network, visits are $150. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted. Confirm your plan when you book.
Oshi partners with employers and health plans. They say they are in-network with most major commercial insurers, with the network still expanding. Public logos include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
The billing model they advertise is outcomes-oriented rather than fee-for-every-Zoom:
If a statement arrives, Oshi says you get email plus a paper statement with online or mail payment options. Care coordinators exist to walk coverage so you are not decoding CPT codes at midnight.
Oshi lists self-pay at $150 per visit. Services are described as HSA and FSA eligible for most people — confirm with your administrator. If you have out-of-pocket costs, they say they offer flexible payment plans.
That $150 is a clinic visit price, not a supplement club. Compare it to a specialist copay plus a half-day off work plus parking, and do your own arithmetic.
Two gates, stated on almost every Oshi page:
If either line describes you, do not start an intake — Oshi will not be able to see you.
A year is supposed to include the GI provider, dietitian, and/or gut-brain specialist as needed; care coordinators; the app; unlimited messaging; on-demand scheduling; help with records and external testing. Traditional care, on their comparison table, usually lacks the integrated team, the next-day nights-and-weekends inventory, and the 24/7 chat.
None of this deletes your deductible. None of this makes an out-of-network lab free. The honest move is to enter member information in Oshi’s own coverage checker when you book.
